How to Set It Up

  1. Log in to your Airfold account and navigate to the Integrations page.
  2. Find and select the Zendesk integration.
  3. Click "Connect" and you'll be prompted to authenticate with your Zendesk account:
    • You may need to log in to your Zendesk account if not already authenticated
    • Grant the necessary permissions for Airfold to access your Zendesk data
  4. Once authenticated, choose which Zendesk data objects you want to sync with Airfold.
